Karupatti appam🍯☕️✨✨


Idli rice 1/2 cup

Raw rice 1/2 cup

Urad dal whole- 1 tbsp

Methi-1/2 tsp 



Soak all of the above for 4 hrs and grind it well and let it ferment for overnight. It is winter here so it is almost 16-18 hrs it is well fermented. Take required amount of batter, boil karuppati in 1 cup of water. Strain it and let it cool. Add the syrup to the batter and mix well. Make appams or paniyarams and serve with fresh butter
