Chicken keema paratha

Cook the minced chicken meat to a dry dish adding all spice powders.
Make balls of this and stuff it in parathas.

Spinach Smoothie

Kick start your day with this healthy smoothie. Grab a handful of spinach, half a carrot, half an avocado, 10 grapes, 1 tbsp of honey  and couple of  ice cubes and blend it super smooth to a healthy smoothie. 

Bhairi- Madurai special

Soak and grind idli rice 1 cup with 3 handfuls of drumstick leaves,  3 long peppers, 1 tsp of pepper corns and few pinches of dry ginger to a thick batter.  Make discs and fry them in hot oil. It is served with spice powder.
