Sukku Malli Kaapi- Madurai Special


This will yield 2 cups..

Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp or roughly 10 nos.
Dry Ginger or Sonti Powder - 1/2 tsp
Palm Sugar- 1/8th of a unit (Ottu) 

Boil 2 1/2 tea cups of water. Add Palm sugar. While it melts, dry roast coriander seeds,pepper corns and powder it.  Add this to the boiling water and Dry Ginger powder. Simmer it for a minute. Cover it and let it steep.  Strain in cups.
