Beets keerai poriyal



Roughly chopped beet leaves - 1 cup
Shallots-2
Red chillies-2
U.dal-1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
oil- 1 tsp

Temper with Mustard, dal and red chillies and a puff of hing. Saute shallots finely chopped followed by beet leaves.
