Mushroom Shaslik




First make the marinade,

Yogurt (thick)= 1/2 cup
Coriander pdr- 1 tbsp
Cumin pdr - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Chilli pdr- to suit your tolerance
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kasoori methi- 1 tbsp crushed
Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Choice of your veggies and mushrooms..cube them and let sit in the marinade for 30 mts minimum.
Skewer them and grill...simple isn't it? but delicious..
