Zucchini paneer Frankie
Ingredients
Zucchini -1
Paneer - 1/2 cup roughly equally zucchini
Cut both into sticks.
Make a marinade of soya sauce 1tsp, tomato sauce - 1 tbsp, pepper powder, vinegar or lime juice - 1 tsp and 1 tbsp of olive oil, mix together and coat the vegetables. Heat pan and add the vegetables no need to add oil. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of sugar, it caramelises and gives good texture and taste. Toss for 2 mts and done.
Roll out as thin as much as possible chappathi's and make a roll with this instant filling.
